I like to draw pretty anime girls and on occasion also anime boys. yes yesI am an english speaking czech gremli- bird. I mostly stream art and gacha games. Sometimes i will stream some other non gacha game or do a handcam crochet stream as that is a hobby i have picked up in recent years.

Terms of service for commissions

General

- Artwork will be drawn in my artstyle.
- Don't forget to credit me.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason!
- I will not provide a PSD.(Only JPG and PNG)
- If there are any circumstances where I can't work on your commission in set time, you will be notified as soon as possible.
- Please do not send me any NSFW references.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

- I will not start a commission before payment.
- No cancellations or refunds are possible after payment proceeds.
- Exception is if I exceed the deadline set for the commission.

REVISIONS

- Max 2 revisions for Sketch and max 2 for coloring.
- 2 minor revisions are possible during the refinement stage, any major changes will result in an additional 30% fee. (If there is no contact from the client side within 7 days of sending a WIP, I will proceed with the next stage and the opportunity for revision will be missed, I am not responsible for any delays caused by delays during the revision period)

DEADLINES

- Completion may take one week up to a month (I am currently employed with a 9-5)
- Rush fee is another 50% fee.

CLIENT USAGE RIGHTS

- AI training and NFT usage is strictly prohibited!
- Do not edit my art (only the background can be changed)
- Selling my artwork in merch or as prints for profit requires purchasing Commercial merchandising rights (additional 100% of base price)
- I reserve the right to showcase the final artwork on my portfolio and social media(low quality, watermark) unless you request an NDA (20% fee) in which case I will not post your commission anywhere for 3 months. Indefinite privacy will be 50% of base price instead of 20%.
- State in the form whether you are okay with me showing WIPs (Work in progress) on social media.
